To carry on in India or abroad the business of consulting and providing management services relating to marine services, shipping services, oil exploration, overseas export, air cargo and to provide consultancy and other services to ship owners, ship brokers, ship sellers shipping agents, insurance brokers, underwriters, ship managers, loading brokers, freight contractors and provide ship management, facility management services including project management, survey and repair of ships, providing technical and manpower management and training, specialized marine education and training to crew and examining Fire safety, Fire prevention, Fire Fighting, recruitment and placement services for marine, oil rigs and ashore including placement of engineers and manpower for commissioning, testing, service and maintenance and providing ratings of officers and crews, software development and maintenance, conducting marine surveys & inspections on ships, machinery & hull, supply of equipment and spare parts and food to ships, consultancy services for any marine related projects, receiving hire and freight charges, arranging for loading and unloading and providing victualing or storing of ship, negotiating contracts on behalf of owner and to conduct exhibitions, seminars, conference relating to marine and shipping services and to act as international freight forwarding and shipping agents freight brokers, charting agents on behalf of client or on its own in all its branches in India and abroad and to carry on all ship related activities such as clearing, forwarding, consolidating, transport contractor and shipping agents and to represent owners and prepare documentation and arrange for documentation, charters of ships, hover-crafts, barges and boats and to conduct tests on samples of various merchandise on behalf of clients and customers, directly in a laboratory or through any agency conducting such test or outsource the same.
